SUYAI Villa reserves the right to decline or cancel a booking where necessary.
b. Payment
Any payment required for your stay must be made according to the payment terms provided in your booking confirmation.
By submitting payment information, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and authorize the applicable charges.
c. Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellation and refund conditions are determined by the terms applicable to your booking. Please refer to your booking confirmation for the cancellation policy that applies to your reservation.
Where a refund is applicable, it will be handled in accordance with those terms.
d. Check In and Check Out
Check in and check out times will be communicated as part of your booking confirmation. Guests are expected to observe these times and inform the SUYAI Villa team in advance if they expect to arrive late or require any changes.
5. Guest Conduct and Responsibilities
Guests are expected to use the property responsibly and show reasonable consideration for the villa, its furnishings, and the surrounding area.
Guests may be held responsible for damage caused to the property or its contents during their stay. This includes damage to furniture, appliances, fixtures, decor, or other property.
Additional charges may apply where damage occurs or where cleaning is required beyond what would normally be expected after a stay.
a. Noise and Consideration for Others
SUYAI Villa is located within a residential area. Guests are expected to keep noise at a reasonable level and respect neighboring residents.
Serious or repeated violations of these requirements may result in the termination of the stay without a refund.
b. Prohibited Activities
Guests may not hold parties or events without prior approval, participate in illegal activities, or carry out activities that could create a safety risk to people or property.
6. External Links and Third Party Services
The Site may provide links to external websites, booking platforms, or other third party services.
These websites are operated independently from SUYAI Villa, and we are not responsible for their content, availability, accuracy, policies, or practices.
Any use of third party services is subject to the terms and policies of the respective provider.
